We are now recruiting talented individuals to fill our current vacancy for Environmental Consultant-Data Collection to work on our projects in Bangalore.

To be considered for a role we are seeking candidates with the following credentials:

Qualification & Experience:

3-5 years of experience in EMIS, with 2+ years in Enablon, Cority, or Intelex (Enablon most preferred).
Master’s/bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent experience.
Preferred degrees include engineering, environmental science, or computer information systems.
Experience mentoring junior team members.

Principal Duties & Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuring enterprise-level EMIS software to align with deployment design specifications.
  • Customizing off-the-shelf EHS Software and EMIS solutions.
  • Providing technical support and training for EMIS.
  • Executing data migration and cleansing processes.
  • Conducting unit testing on configuration tasks with necessary oversight.
  • Ensuring the interpretation of configuration specifications aligns with actual system functionality.
  • Identifying disparities between configuration expectations and system limitations and communicating these gaps to the project team.
  • Conducting testing and quality inspections for the EMIS application.
  • Interacting and communicating with clients as required for the implementation area of focus.
  • Generating project documentation, including design specifications, quality assurance and testing templates, and training guides.
  • Addressing and coordinating post go-live maintenance activities.
  • Serving as a client-facing resource, collaborating with clients to ensure successful project execution.
  • Identifying opportunities and suggesting best practices to add value to clients.

  • Demonstrated ability to address conflicts between clients and solution providers.
  • Ability to implement solutions independently or as part of a team.
  • Full lifecycle implementation experience.
  • Hands-on configuration experience.

Technology skills needed:

  • Proficiency in overall system or database architecture.
  • Proficiency in various technologies, such as SQL, HTML, JavaScript, Web Services, Database integration, etc.
  • Experience with MS Office software: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, MS Project.
  • Proficiency with relational databases.
  • Experience with the software deployment project lifecycle phases, including requirements gathering, planning, testing, delivery, enhancements, and support.
